	Booking/Payment: Our conditions of booking and the content of our internetsites are subject of the contract. Together with our written acknowledgement of booking you will receive our terms and conditions and a driver information, which you will please kindly return to us. A deposit of EURO 200,-- per person should be transfered to our account within 14 days on our account no. 1190073419 KSK Syke, BLZ 291 517 00 after booking. IBAN: DE 38 2915 1700 1190 0734 19 - BIC: BRLADE21SYK. Your booking will only be valid with the receipt of the deposit. With payment of the deposit you automatically accept our terms and conditions. The outstanding payment will be due 30 days before your travel date. For late booking payment will be due immediately. The deposit is not refundable. Under the following condition, however, the deposit is 100% transferable: You book within the same season of the calendar year with a new date, which means a new confirmed reservation or you find a replacement person on the vacated position. The person is found exclusively by yourself. Cancellation: To prove your cancellation it should be send by certified letter. Cancellation costs per person and journey: Prior to arrival: 90 days or more 15%. 89-45 days 25%, 44-22 days 50%, within 21 days 100% of the price. If your place can be sold by AS within 90-day limit to another client, only EURO 50,-- will be due, plus obligatory insurance that covers cancellations cost (RRV) No cancellation costs will be charged if you find someone who enters in your contract and takes your place at least 22 days before arrival, if place is still available. You have only to pay the obligatory insurance (RRV). Action Sportreisen reserves the right to cancel any journey up to 21 days before tourstart, if there are not a minimum of four bookings. Responsibility: With your booking you accept your awarness of the typical high mountain dangers. However, our highly qualifield guides are not infallible. In offpiste skiing every participants is confronted with extreme situations, that will never be fully controllable. The guide's task can only consist in minimising the risk to almost zero! We will take the responsibility for a carefully elaborated program and it's realisation. Liability is limited to a maximum amount of EURO 75.000,-- (loss of property) resp. EURO 5.000.000,-- (injury of persons) and EURO 500.000,-- (damage to property), provided these damages have not been caused deliberatley or negligently by the participants. Legal venue is Bremen. Conditions for participation: A good general physical conditions is much more important than perfect skiing. But you should be confident in all kinds of snow (Powder-, Deep-, Crustysnow a.s.o.). If you are booking for a complete group (4 or 8) we can arrange for less different slopes (controlled parallelswing on difficult pistes, but little experience in deep snow) . We recommend to "warm-up" in another skiing resort for a couple of days in addition to a personal training of at least 3 month. Re-payment: Cancelled flight. If the helicopter grounded by bad weather conditions or technical problems (Pilot decision), we pay back per run EURO 125,-- (Courmayeur max. 6 of 6 flights) and EURO 140.-- (Valgrisenche max. 6 of 8 flights) by cheque. Not taken runs by reason of inquiry, tireless or be alike. would be not reimburse. Insurances: It is obligatory to take an insurance that covers cancellation costs. This will be invoiced seperatly. We recommend an additional insurance for damages and a general insurance to cover medical expenses. Ski-, Snowboard and other material: We can provide special skis (Fatski) which are larger than normal ones and allow a more comfortable and less tiring skiing. Do not forget your own sticks!! You should bring your own skis too, as well as functional skiing/snowboarding clothes. If you want to take your Snowboard, there is no problem. But please, let us know in advance. One piece of equipment/person/day. Avalanches: We are collaborating with the highest qualified guides available who have got a state certificate and who maximize the safety. Each participant will be provided with rescue devices that are obligatory to wear. Nevertheless you recognize with booking the risk that high mountain skiing bears. Even the most experienced guides may fail. They are confronted to extreme situations that will never be fully controllable, so his task can only consist in minimizing the risk to as near to zero as possible. The guides are in permanent contact with the base and communicate regularly our position as well as snow conditions. We are doing our best to share one of the most unforgettable days in your life with you. So you should be physically prepared to be able to appreciate this experience as much as possible. In combination with the fantastic panorama and the impressive nature we can promise you some great days.
